We employ a team of quality control specialists to inspect our products and ensure that they adhere to very strict standards. We also work with an external agency to inspect everything from refrigeration temperatures in the kitchen to pH balances in the pools. We even meet regularly to review the results of our Customer Service Questionnaires and remove hotels which are not achieving a minimum average of 75% satisfaction. When you book a Signature vacation, you can relax knowing that we've taken care of the details.
